CHECKLIST FOR CSGP FY 2009 GRANT APPLICANTS

Organization Number:
Deadline for applying for an organization number is April 10, 2008. If you do not have an organization number go to www.goccp.org and choose "Grantee's Area" , then click the "Request Organization Number" link for instructions.
Internet Connection: Minimum connection speed - 28k baud
Proxy Server?
If your organization uses a proxy server, proper configuration is required in order to successfully connect to the grant application system. If in doubt, contact your network's IT staff.
Minimum operating system - Microsoft Windows 9x or higher.
Size of screen display: at least 800 by 600 pixels.
Decompression software to "unzip" the grant installation software (such as Winzip - see below)

"How to install and use the GOCCP grant application software" document.
Grant Application Installation Software - current version ONLY
Successful submission of an application can only be accomplished using the latest version of the grant application software. Check the date displayed next to the website posting of the software's download link. Download the software again if your installation pre-dates the displayed post date. Attempts to login to the system with outdated grant application software will cause the system to display a message alerting you to download the latest version.
Know the deadline for submittal: April 17, 2008 at 3:00 PM.
