FY 2009 Continuation Maryland Victims of Crime


Status: GOCCP is currently accepting applications for this grant. All applications are subject to the grant application review process established by this office, in accordance with Federal laws and guidelines.

Eligibility: This notice is for Continuation of MVOC Funds and applies only to MVOC grants listed in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).

Application Deadline: Application, including required hard copies with original signature must be received in our office by Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 3:00 pm.

Technical Details: On-line submission of application is required. You will need an organization number before submitting application. Note: the interface for the online grant submission is NOT a function of the goccp.org website. Special software is used for grant submission (see below).

The information collected on the grant application form is collected for the purposes of GOCCP's functions under Executive Order 01.01.2005.06. Failure to provide all of this information may result in the denial of your application for a grant. Within specified time periods, you have the right to inspect, amend and correct this information. GOCCP may permit the inspection of this information, or make it available to others, only as permitted by federal and State law. GOCCP may sell or provide a list of grant applicant names and addresses to professional associations and other entities.

Under the Maryland Public Information Act, State Government Article, § 10-617(h)(5), you may request in writing that your name be omitted from such lists. Please send those requests to GOCCP, 300 E. Joppa Rd. Suite 1105, Baltimore MD 21286.
